User Agreement

Effective Date: March 27, 2026

Welcome to Bitcoin Miner - Frozen Treasure (the "Product"). This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you and the operator of the Product ("we", "our", or "us") and governs your access to and use of the Product and related services.

Please read this Agreement carefully before registering, logging in, or using the Product. By using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Services

The Product is a casual game with digital mining themes. We provide services including but not limited to account systems, gameplay features, virtual items, promotional events, and customer support. We may update, adjust, or optimize services based on operational needs.

2. Account Registration and Management

• You must provide lawful, accurate, and valid information when registering or linking an account;
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account;
• Without our written consent, you may not rent, lend, transfer, or sell your account;
• If you suspect unauthorized account access, please contact us immediately.

3. User Conduct

When using the Product, you must not:

• Publish or transmit unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights;
• Use bots, scripts, exploits, packet manipulation, reverse engineering, or other unauthorized tools to disrupt fairness;
• Engage in fraudulent transactions, ranking manipulation, abuse, or interference with service operations;
• Impersonate official personnel, spread false information, or induce users into scams;
• Engage in any behavior that violates applicable law, public order, or this Agreement.

4. Virtual Items and Payments

• Virtual currency, items, and in-game entitlements are licensed for in-product use only and do not constitute legal tender or real-world property rights unless required by law;
• Purchases are processed by app stores or payment providers, and you must comply with their terms;
• Except where required by law, consumed virtual items are generally non-refundable;
• We may reasonably adjust item names, values, acquisition methods, and usage rules for operational balance.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Product and related content (including software, text, graphics, audio, video, UI design, and trademarks) belong to us or our licensors. Without authorization, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit such content.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this Agreement and has equivalent legal effect.

7. Breach and Enforcement

If you violate this Agreement, we may take actions including warning, function restriction, account suspension, account termination, confiscation of illegitimate gains, and pursuit of legal remedies.

8. Service Interruption and Termination

• Services may be interrupted or delayed due to maintenance, upgrades, network issues, force majeure, or other factors;
• To the extent permitted by law, we may modify, suspend, or terminate part or all services based on operational needs;
• Upon termination, we will handle your data and remaining entitlements in accordance with applicable law and platform rules.

9. Disclaimer

• The Product is provided on an "as is" basis, and we will make reasonable efforts to maintain security and availability;
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by your own actions, third-party platform issues, or force majeure;
• The Product does not provide real-world cryptocurrency investment advice, guarantees, or profit commitments. Please beware of scams.

10. Agreement Updates

We may update this Agreement in response to legal, regulatory, or business changes. Updated terms will be notified by in-app announcement or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Product after updates means you accept the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business. Disputes arising from this Agreement should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction.
